Pitt and Jolie were the picture of perfection in his-and-hers tuxedos at the BAFTA Awards in London last weekend. But instead of going all tacky like Kimye, they classed things up in Valentino and Saint Laurent, respectively. Hers featured a cheeky untied-bowtie detail on her open white shirt, while Pitt was all business in a classic tux that contrasted nicely with his punky new hair. They’ve never been hotter.
Most ubiquitous hat: Pharrell Williams’
Clap along if you feel as if Williams’ stable of larger-than-life hats is bottomless. He rocked yet another 100-gallon topper at the NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans last weekend. This time, he chose a red version of the Vivienne Westwood hat that first made a splash at the Grammys. He also wore a gray version to the Oscars nominees luncheon Feb. 10. Hey, whatever makes him happy, happy, happy!
Most supportive boyfriend: Bradley Cooper
It’s not enough that British model Suki Waterhouse has nabbed the Hollywood hunk, but they’re so tight, she even has him attending her work functions. Granted, her work is walking down runways and posing for pretty pictures, but still, he showed up! The twosome were in London this past week, where they checked out the Fashion Week scene. Cooper beamed from the audience as his lady love hit the catwalk at the Burberry show. Lucky girl.
Most adorable new dad: Simon Cowell
Who knew that a cuddly newborn was all it took to melt the ice around Cowell’s heart? The X Factor judge presumably turned to mush when his son, Eric, was born on Valentine’s Day in New York. (Mom is girlfriend Lauren Silverman.) “I never knew how much love and pride I would feel,” he captioned in a sweet snap of himself and his son on Twitter. As for that down-to-earth name? “Named after my dad,” Cowell tweeted. All together now: Awwwww!
Flyest long-time feud: Rosie Perez vs. Jennifer Lopez
Actress and dancer Perez still has beef with former Fly Girl Lopez more than 20 years after they worked together on the sketch-comedy show In Living Color. In an excerpt from her new memoir, Handbook for an Unpredictable Life, Perez, who was choreographer for the show, says Lopez was a diva even when she was just Jenny from the Block. “All of the girls were coming into my office complaining how she was manipulating wardrobe, makeup and me, all to her advantage,” Perez wrote.
Engagement least likely to result in marriage: Charlie Sheen’s
Winning? Sheen is preparing to walk down the aisle once again, but, hey, who are we kidding? We shouldn’t be holding our collective breath for an actual wedding. The actor proposed to porn star Brett Rossi during Valentine’s Day weekend with a heart-shaped ring; should they make it to the ceremony, it will be his fourth marriage. His rep, Jeff Ballard, tells USA TODAY that a wedding date will be set “before the end of the year,” but something tells us this relationship isn’t built to last.
