Remembering Rudi Johnson: Bengals Legend Gone Too Soon
Former Bengals star Rudi Johnson has passed away at just 45 years old.
Johnson was a fan favorite and Pro Bowl running back in Cincinnati.
He truly broke out in 2003, rushing for 957 yards and 9 touchdowns.
From 2003–2005, he powered the Bengals with over 4,200 rushing yards.
His consistency opened the field for Carson Palmer and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson.
Johnson later played one season with the Detroit Lions before retiring.
Off the field, he gave back through the Rudi Johnson Foundation.
The foundation supported schools, families, and community programs.
Rudi Johnson’s legacy goes beyond football—he’ll be remembered with love and respect.
