Orlando's Thrilling 2024: New Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Attractions

Disney World's Splash Mountain, a beloved ride, is being replaced by Tiana's Bayou Adventure.

The change comes amid societal discussions on race; controversial "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah" music is removed.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure is set to open in Orlando in 2024, inspired by "The Princess and the Frog."

Disney teases the ride's progress with images of a wood cabin in lush greenery, paying homage to New Orleans and Mardi Gras.

SeaWorld introduces Penguin Trek, a family coaster themed around Antarctica, set to debut in spring 2024.

Universal Orlando's anticipated Epic Universe park opens in 2025, but before that,

A DreamWorks-themed land arrives in 2024 at Universal Studios in Florida.

The DreamWorks area features characters from Gabby’s Dollhouse, Shrek, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda.

Specific opening dates and ride details for these attractions are yet to be announced by Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure aims to deepen the character of Tiana and her story beyond the animated film.
